How documents are maintained
This first version uses a searchable document index. To publish a new item, add the PDF or file to the repository's documents/ folder and add its title, category, date, summary and file path to documents.json. The page will then list it automatically after deployment. A connected content-management system can be added later for uploads without editing repository files.
